Application Process
Diversitas prides itself in the quality of our content and excellence in delivery.  This reputation has been borne out of years of practical experience, depth of understanding of the subject matter and continuous learning on current practice.
The following standards need to be met to obtain your accreditation:
  • Attend and participate in the full Train the Trainer program
  • Commit to academic reading on the subject matter
  • Demonstrate competency in facilitation to adult learners
  • Undergo an assessment to meet minimum standards of delivery
  • Create goals for self-improvement
  • Undertake a minimum number of hours of delivery per 12-month period

*For quality assurance purposes, participants are interviewed and invited into their learning cohort.  This is so that we can ensure that like-minded and experienced participants have an opportunity to interact, learn from each other and share their experiences.
